Oliver is Sicura’s founder and director and has long-standing leadership experience with ‘people-centric’ businesses.

Oliver leads Sicura’s global business, and specialises in the recruitment of senior leadership roles in Privacy, Cyber Security and Data Protection. He’s lived and worked in the UK and Singapore, and has also been an integral part of launching and managing businesses in Hong Kong, the UAE, and the US.

Away from work, he’s a family man, a part-time runner and a full-time English Cricket fan.

Peter is a strategic thinker with extensive global experience in talent acquisition, consulting, and search within technology recruitment, including the cyber space. He has held senior roles at BCB Group, Profile Search & Selection, Deutsche Bank, BNY Mellon, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch demonstrating his ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and support organizational growth. Peter's interests include rigorous gym workouts, refreshing cold showers, and savouring chicken dishes.

Jess has over 15 years corporate experience and specialises in ‘all things operational’. She’s worked for global recruitment and marketing consultancies and has also founded a successful online retail business.

In her current role, Jessica manages all back-office operations for Sicura, including Finance, IT and HR. Her dedicated approach and watchful eye ensure Sicura’s internal processes run smoothly and efficiently.

When she has the time, Jessica loves riding fast motorbikes.

Carly has a proven track record in the Corporate Security industry with several years experience managing projects and assignments in the recruitment sector.

Carly is astute, responsive and meticulous. Her dedicated approach means she is perfectly suited to managing client processes and ensuring a premium ‘candidate experience’.

In her spare time Carly enjoys good food, good wine and travels wherever life takes her.
