Oliver is Sicura’s founder and director and has long-standing leadership experience with ‘people-centric’ businesses.

Oliver leads Sicura’s global business, and specialises in the recruitment of senior leadership roles across all aspects of legal services. He’s lived and worked in the UK and Singapore, and has also been an integral part of launching and managing businesses in Hong Kong, the UAE, and the US.

Away from work, he’s a family man, a part-time runner and a full-time English Cricket fan.

Jess has over 15 years corporate experience and specialises in ‘all things operational’. She’s worked for global recruitment and marketing consultancies and has also founded a successful online retail business.

In her current role, Jessica manages all research and support aspects of Sicura’s executive search function. Her dedicated approach and watchful eye ensure Sicura’s internal processes run smoothly and efficiently.

When she has the time, Jessica loves riding fast motorbikes.

Carly has a proven track record in the legal services industry with several years experience managing projects and assignments in the recruitment sector.

Carly is astute, responsive and meticulous. Her dedicated approach means she is perfectly suited to managing client processes and ensuring a premium ‘candidate experience’.

In her spare time Carly enjoys good food, good wine and travels wherever life takes her.
